The Clinical Fertility Physician program combines didactic learning and procedural programs to provide clinical training that meets REI-level fellowship requirements in a convenient hybrid format, ideal for full-time working professionals. The program offers the necessary high-level knowledge needed to care and manage infertility patients, especially those destined to treat with IVF and other advanced technologies.

- Procedural Practice: Six months of documented hands-on procedural practice under the guidance of REI Mentor at your Home Clinic

- Description
The 12-month program covers 6-months of didactics and 6-months of hands-on procedural training. The didactic portion centers around the medical knowledge acquisition needed to manage IVF patients. The procedural section provides skills training in advanced IVF techniques such as egg retrievals embryo transfers, US – especially pelvic, hysteroscopy, and a OR team dynamics.
- Program Goals:
Through a combination of theoretical didactic learning and practical procedural application, this program aims to enhance participants’ proficiency in diagnosing, treating, and managing fertility issues, with a particular emphasis on IVF and advanced fertility care.
Students will learn about IVF specific ultrasounds and SIS training; and utilize VirtaMed™Virtual Simulators for training in: IUI, Egg Retrievals, Embryo Transfers, Embryo Assists, Hysteroscopies; and Femasys™ for femVue® and femCath® training.
