Tony Anderson, D.H.Sc., ELD (ABB)
Dr. Tony Anderson is a distinguished figure in the realm of fertility, renowned for his groundbreaking contributions and visionary leadership. As a founding partner of Pozitivf Fertility and the director of training at EmbryoDirector, IVF Academy USA, Dr. Anderson's impact on the field is both profound and enduring. With over 25 years of consulting experience in embryology, Dr. Anderson has been pivotal in shaping the direction of assisted reproductive technologies. His latest venture, Pozitivf Fertility, is a dynamic startup dedicated to integrating Toyota Production Systems into fertility care, ensuring cost-effective treatments and improved accessibility.

Paul Magarelli, MD, Ph.D.
Dr. Paul C. Magarelli, M.D., Ph.D., is a renowned figure in the field of reproductive medicine, Specialist. With a career spanning over four decades, Dr. Magarelli has dedicated his life to helping individuals and couples realize their dreams of building a family. As the founder of Technical Conceptions, LLC, he has established a subspecialty consultation company that stands at the forefront of fertility and family-building services. His impressive credentials include double board certification in Ob/Gyn and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI), marking him as an expert in both the scientific and clinical aspects of the field. Dr. Magarelli’s approach to care is deeply rooted in the principles of integrative medicine, blending traditional practices with cutting-edge techniques to provide comprehensive treatment options.

Adrian E. Gonzalez
Adrián Etzael González Reyna is the Head of Mexico for TRANSEARCH International and is also Vice President for the Latin America region. Mr. Gonzalez has over 30 years of professional experience in diverse leadership international positions, including the high-tech industry (Global Crossing, CFE Telecom, AT&T), management consulting (Booz Allen & Hamilton, Washington, DC), IT development (Mercedes Benz, Germany). He has participated in strategic consulting projects in over 14 countries worldwide for customers such as Korea Telecom, Telecom Argentina, Lucent, CTC Chile, Government of The Netherlands, among others. Back in 2010, he started his executive search career with CTPartners, and now with TRANSEARCH International. Mr. Gonzalez has a BS in Telecommunications from Monterrey´s Tech and an MBA from MIT. Adrian holds a BS in Telecommunications from the Monterrey´s Tech, and an MBA from the MIT.
